Subject: Lots of Changes Happening with the Hunting

There's quite a few things happening right now with Florida hunting seasons!
1. Proposal for a new Tagging and Reporting System, so the FWC can gather more data on deer harvest.
2. Notification and Public input on WMA season date changes.
3. Public Notification and Survey requesting the publics opinion about adding crossbows to archery season statewide.

I'm not sure they are going to leave the week long crossbow only season for private land if they can add crossbows to archery. I will find out. My personal opinion is the FWC should just add crossbow hunts to WMA's and be done with it and stop pitting hunters against hunters. Most avid archers do not want crossbows added to archery season.

Please take the time to review the links below...set aside some time in your schedule to make a meeting or two and fill out the survey and tell the FWC what your opinion is. Please don't try to cheat the system as they do gather ip address and can tell when several surveys are input from one ip address.
