Mark, Glad you bought this. Is this not what you and the UHF support to stop some of the gaming caused by transferable permits. I thought you supported 1 deer permit in order to stop some of the gaming. Now I guess you want some exceptions. As I said in the other post all this does is complicates the regs in the name of transferable permits. Be carefull what you wish for!
