I think we're sending out the wrong message here, it's not that we're (UHF)is against it, but we want Data to go with it, that was part of the ruling at the begining! You said it was proven, do you have that data or hunting these areas and harvesting more deer of that size, is the herd bigger?

Last year I seen two four pointers taken that were five years old, big horns but would never be anything more! This rule is not the Golden Egg to fix all, It is but a small step to QDM and we also need to be sure that hunters are going to be able to harvest deer, NOT watch them walk by more because of this rule! We have young hunters out there wanting to hunt and waiting for that 6 point or better deer will without a doubt cause them to Give up Hunting, some will become poachers because of this, Just because you thought it was three point but the one TIN was not long enough!

Again it's not just about the deer size we have to think about!
