Public land being used by part of the public. The part who's willing to shell out the bucks.

If they managed all the WMA's like that you couldn't afford to hunt in this state. The 5 million acres open to public hunting only give you 33.3 acres each (150,000 hunters)to hunt on. (that is if we all hunted at the same time)

Ask the people who bought lifetime sportsman's licenses prior to the invention of SOH's under the promise of never having to spend another dime to hunt and fish in Florida. So they have to spend $100 in "administrative fees" to even hope of getting on a SOH.

They should be outlawed. No better than the FWC running pay-to-hunt hunts on public land. That's not their JOB!
