 He watched intently as the canine and woman interacted, feeling at ease now that Lucifer acted as if in acceptance. He never had a problem with females though. As she spoke, he nodded, shuffling through the keys he had pulled out of his back pocket. The cages were locked, incase a customer had brought a child and played with the locks, wanting the dogs out. Some were not good with children. "I'm almost certain that with work, he'll begin to accept other males. We havent tried, not knowing what he'd be used for in the future". He then kneeled next to the cage, using a key to take off the lock. He opened the gate and waited for the canine to slip out of his confines.

The vividly patterened pitt slowly ventured from his cage. His attention immediately drew to the woman who had been previously at his cage. His haunches lowered to a sit by her side, facing her and looking up at her all at the same time. His banner swept the low cut grass gently, obediently not jumping upon her small frame.
