Reagan looked at the mirror and took the dangling earrings out. It looked like she was trying too hard and wanted to impress. She just wanted this date with Mick to be over so she could go back to normal.

“Where are you going?” Sabina inquired from the doorway, frowning and clearly still pouting over Adam going out with Gretchen to see a movie.

“I’m going to have dinner with Mick.”

“A date,” Sabina hissed and Reagan nodded her head. “I owe him.”

“And you are going to see a movie, right?”

“Part of the deal,” Reagan admitted with a nod of her head again.

“But it’s a school night,” Sabina opened her eyes as she gave Reagan an excuse that would work, if Reagan was a teenager. “I won’t be out late… and I don’t have a bedtime, Sabina.”

“But we both go back to school tomorrow,” Sabina practically growled as she glared at Reagan. Reagan sighed and placed the earrings back on her dresser. “I know that you are upset that Adam left you…”

“He picked Gretchen,” Sabina interrupted with a loud voice as she shook her head. “And I don’t care about that now. Now you are leaving me too!”

“I’m just going out for the evening,” Reagan tried to explain. Sabina rubbed at her eyes and Reagan swallowed. Sabina was crying?!?

“Mick is your Team Edward… you don’t even have someone who is Team Jacob… and I don’t like it… because Team Edward always wins… always… and you’ll leave… you’ll go to a private island… and come back changed…” Sabina spouted as she turned and ran back to the house. Reagan rubbed her forehead as she felt a headache, wishing now that she had waited until next weekend to go out with Mick. But he had been driving her nuts about making plans and so she had caved.

Plus she was looking forward to some time out of the house.

Now Reagan closed up her apartment and walked into the main house, finding Jason sitting in the kitchen, nursing one of the largest cups of coffee she had seen in a long while. “Are you trying to drink a whole pot of coffee without having to go back to the coffee pot?”

“I’m working on this Logan thing,” Jason explained as he shook his head. “And while Nikita has a line on Erica… and Davenport is going to go to San Francisco…”

“Erica is in San Francisco…”

“Not exactly. But close enough that San Francisco could be neutral territory,” Jason spoke as he looked at Reagan. “So… you made Sabina upset.”

“Who gave her the Twilight Series of books to read?” Sabina asked and Jason chuckled. “Ah… so you heard that Michael and Nikita have no idea what Sabina meant by Team Edward and Team Jacob earlier while she was upset about Adam… and Adam is going to be pissed when he knows that Sabina thinks that Lisa is Team Edward.”

“Ah, no,” Reagan shook her head from side to side. “Sabina said that Mick is my Team Edward because I’m going out to dinner with him tonight… as friends.”

“You never know what Sabina knows sometimes,” Jason shrugged his shoulders. “And I also think if she wanted those books she wouldn’t need someone to give them to her.”

“Hacking?” Reagan inquired and Jason shrugged his shoulders. “So… are you going to tell Michael and Nikita about this?”

“Have you told them that you know what Team Edward and Team Jacob means?” Reagan questioned back. Jason looked at his computer screen while he sipped at the coffee. Reagan groaned. “Come on… it can’t be that hard.”

“Then you tell them,” Jason fired back and Reagan shook her head. “Oh no… they asked you…”

“I don’t know how they don’t know about the reference,” Jason complained. Reagan chuckled. “I’m sure that we’ve seen them watch television and read mainstream books.”

Jason shook his head and went back to the computer. Reagan grabbed the cup and waited for Jason to look at her. “Someone has to tell them.”

Jason chewed his lip for a moment before taking the cup back out of Reagan’s hands. He took a gulp and placed it down. “Daisy… Daisy can do the best job.”

Reagan was about to protest when the doorbell rang. Jason looked at Reagan who turned slightly red. “Do you want me to go out there and tell Mick that you need a bit more time getting ready?”

“I’m not in school,” Reagan announced as she turned and walked towards the front door. She turned and looked up the stairs, seeing Sabina sitting there before she turned back to her room. Reagan felt so guilty. But she couldn’t let Sabina run her life.

So Reagan went to the door and left with Mick.
