My name is Jessiah O'Donnell (Jussi) and I am the Writer-Producer and Actor in a Feature Film that needs $12Million finance. We are accepting finance options from $1Million up to the full $12M. You would make 50-70% Profit on this in a 12 month turn around, However your profits will keep coming in as long as the movie is on sale anywhere in the world. This way from Theatrical Release from the Hollywood Talent we have and the Territories all over the globe it's going to, Any investor is left to make a hefty packet on the movie.

My good friend is also trying to start up Retirement Lodges, Called Maveric Retirement Lodges in South Africa, She is a wonderful woman and with all the buyers she has lined up not only in SA but also in the UK, Germany, USA and Internationally, then once again a huge profit is to be made on this project.
