I paid for a QNC Sarah Carter Pageant not knowing she is a Con Artist. I paid for a Pageant to be held on April 15th 2017 she never told me where it was going to be held until after I paid the rest of my deposite. She then sent a message saying due to not enough contestants she had changed the date to april 23rd. I paid for april 15th. I made vacation plans around the pageant so we could go on vacation. Well april 23rd wasnt good for me. I messaged her asking het to refund my money becauae she cjanged the dates not me. She dis not respond back. This is Fraud she also deleted her pageant page and her facebook page. I had no prior knowledge of this woman had I known I would have never registered my daughter. She got away with $200. This ia how she keeps the money. She sets pageant dates then changes them when people cant make the new date they loose their money!! This Woman needs to be stopped!! Any advice would be appreciated thank you. All comments welcome
