The fact of the matter is Kim (insert whatever last name she is using today here) scammed people and has been scamming people. Any one who has known her for years logically also knows she is a scam artist. If they did not bother to tell pageant moms entering her system about her scam it is because they are in on it too. It is that simple.
No comment? Please. There is plenty of evidence showing she took the money and ran from THREE pageants now.

This is not new. We tried warning people about her scams a long time ago, well over a year now but every one defended Kim. I was never involved with Top Models but if she didn't show up to those cancelled pageants then she was in on the whole ordeal! Sadly, the only recourse is to take Kim to small claims court. Also, report her to each county she is holding these pageant as state law requires them to either have a state wide business license or county license to run a business in their county. Kim has scammed so many people and begs for fees to be paid early to pay for her own daughter's pageant. She is on welfare and other forms of public assistance. That right there should say something about how she is affording these big pageants for her own child.
Like I said, the warning was put out over a year ago...Those who were so in love with Kim just so they can get a cheap crown each pageant all took her side.. Go do a real pageant that will get you further in the pageant world. Her scamming has been going on for years ever since she was doing pageants in VA...She scammed the main director out of his money.
