Any and everyone out there... please beware of Kim Simmons! She is a scam artist and has scammed alot of people out of money in NC and VA. She continues to change her pageant name and is supposidly holding them throughout NC. She will advertise for a pageant, take ur money, and be a no-show. Then changes her number and pageant name. Be warned!
