This is a natural, sundress pageant for girls in 1st through 12th grades and will be held at the Cabarrus Arena on Saturday, September 7th at 2:00. Lots of appearances throught Cabarrus County for the winners. Applications must be received in the Cabarrus County Fair Office by 5:00 on Wednesday, August 28th.
