Kim stole my 12 yr old daughters $150.00 for a pageant this coming wknd that she is not even having!! She also did not show up last wknd for a pageant she had scheduled there and stole all of there money!! FOR ANYONE SHE HAS DONE THIS TO GO TO THE POLICE!! You can file a fraudulent activity, and obtaining property by false pretenses report like me!! she needs to be held accountable for this! I asked her for a refund and also offered her my prayers for her son who has been sick and she deleted her fb page that night!! "sparkling diva,s" Kim Hodges Simmons SHAME ON YOU!! My daughter hasn't done a pageant in over a year and saved her own money for this!! She is devastated, please post this on your fbook pages and get the word out!!!!!

I hope all of you that has been wronged follows through with the Police and files reports. Only then will something be done. Its going to take a little of your time and aggravation but they will need lots of people stepping up to really take this seriously. One or two they will look at and shake their head at. You get a few dozen or hey the 100's that she has done one thing or another to file then you really have something!! There are a few places on Facebook that are gathering people or I know people are just looking at that involves Kim in some way. If you would all get together on that page and maybe go after her as a group instead of individually they will take you more seriously and you may get something done faster and worse which is what she deserves, the worse thing possible they can charge her with. I know if you ban together it will be in the tens of thousands of dollars!! Felony charge!! Ban together and lets go after her!! I mean that is what she did to you and your pockets and children. She went after you to con you. Along with that if she is getting federal assistance and you have all the paypal addressees you may have sent money you can give that to them as well as the Social Service Dept. so they can look into that too. First the Welfare system then onto the IRS. Lets give Karma a helping hand!

The director seems to think that it was just an oversight though. She already announced the new winner, and this is no the only group this happened in.
