You may move up to the next category. No contestant will be permitted to move down. No EXCEPTIONS! This pageant is open to all girls of above ages in all counties of Georgia and Florida. This pageant requires no appearances. No refund unless pageant is cancelled. Contestants may also enter Optional Categories: Photogenic, Best Dress, Best Smile, and Casual Wear. Junior, Teen and Miss will also have a private interview with the judges. This score will make up ¼ of their total score. Interview times will be given as applications are received. Entry Fee: A $60.00 entry fee must be paid upon receipt of application. *******EARL BIRD SPECIAL DUE BY September 20th********* $85.00 for OVERALL 0-8 and 9 - Up Optional Categories: Photogenic, Prettiest Dress, Casual Wear and Prettiest Smile @10.00 each. Photogenic pictures must be 5x7 or larger (color or black/white). Casual Wear is outfit of choice: off the rack or custom. Hospitality Queen: The title will be given to the contestant who raises the most money for The Make a Wish Foundation. The winner will receive a Custom Crown, Banner, Goody Bag, and a Wild Adventure YEAR PASS!!! People’s Choice: There will be a winner in each age division. The winner is determined by the number of votes each person receives, each vote is $1.00. This money will be donated to The Make a Wish Foundation. Prizes Include: Wild Adventure Passes, Custom Crowns, Silk Banners, Goody Bags, Trophies for runner--ups and each contestant, and $100.00 CASH to the 0-8 Overall Winner and $100 CASH to the 9-UP OVERALL WINNER. You must enter all categories to be considered for OVERALL TITLES. Winners in each category will also receive $10 in pageant cash to be used for any of the upcoming Miss Georgia State Pecan Scholarship Pageants. Deadline to enter: Entry fee and application must be received by September 25th. Photogenic pictures may be turned in during rehearsal or mailed with your application. Directors are not responsible for pictures left after pageant. Also, photogenic pictures will not be mailed afterwards if left at the auditorium. Rehearsal: Each contestant is encouraged to attend the rehearsal, but it is not required. The rehearsal is set for Friday October 1st @6:00pm at the Valdosta High School Fine Arts Building.
