Before hiring Joan Anderson of Creative Designs by Joan, check out her standing with the Better Business Bureau. She is unprofessional, unethical, and will take your money and dress and keep it until SHE is ready to return it. BAD experience with her and her lunatic partner, Joyce. AVOID HER!
