Italian, actually. but large chunks.

the local top option for chorizo is LaBamba, a regional chain which advertises burritos as big as your head. more accurately, they're about the size of my forearm which is still a prodigous burrito. I believe that Flex could also comment on this, when/if he emerges from the swamp
