Subject: Tonights "swing shift" dinner is...

Yup, working the "swingshift" for the rest of this week..

Big time stuff..

I am working these hours in case I am needed to fix any problems that might pop up..

So for tonight dinner I had

classic chicken cordon bleu with smoked ham and cheese

I have to say that whoever decided to wrap chicken in ham and cheese and fry it up in batter should have a statue created in their honor!!!
