Subject: Huevos Con Chorizo

Freinds, just got back from one of the greatest lunches out ever...Ever!!!!

I had lunch with a co-worker at a swell little Central American joint on Nanimo and Hastings..A little whole in the wall...But man! Is the food great!!!

Today I had "Huevos Con Chorizo"....it was agenerous serving of chorizo mixed in with scrambled *gak-gak* eggs, a side of refried beans, a piece of avacado, some sour cream and a piece of a type of white cheese I have never eaten before..

They also served a side of small soft tacos...

Oh my goodness!!! I am weaping thinking about this meal..

so good...
