Hi,I am Carlos Aguilar in New Orleans. Master Chang's senior student as he listed me in the tai chi book that he translated.Along with his other long time student Randy Keller still teach Chen Pan Ling's tai chi. I also teach Chen Pan Ling's pa kua and hsing-i as I was the only student Master Chang taught pa kua and hsing-i to. Master Chang taught at my school for about 13 years. When I met Master Chang I only want to learn pa kua, I had studied martial arts since 1971. We worked out a couple of times in the park and at his house, and he decided to teach me pa kua and hsing-i. He did not like to teach those two styles because it took too much energy for him to teach and demonstrate the correct postures and movements. He said being that I already had experince in pa kua and other chinese styles it would not take too much for him to teach me and he accepted me.At that time I offered him my school.In the last year and a half he started to translate the hsing-i, we got to the 5 elements,linking fist,12 animals. Randy and I still have some to go to finish it. Please write back, I would like to hear from some of the readers.
