International Chen Pan-ling Association(ICPLA)would be a loosely organized group of CPL practitioners who would be listed on a website. There would be a link to a message board or two so they could communicate with each other, and there would be no formal organization and no rules of standardization. A large Association would provide more clout,promote the form, and encourage communication internationally with room for variations in the form.
The 1st CPL Gathering (in New Orleans,LA USA) on March 18, 2005 took the first step in forming a core group for this idea. The Rochester T'ai Chi Ch'uan Center(publishers of the 2nd edition of CPL's TCC Textbook English translation)will try to get a website up and running, probably linked to their website, rtccc.hypermart.net.
