After you informed me about this via email, I went on a hunt myself about it, this is something I found (maybe you already know about this): click here.

I had never heard of Ian Thomas before you told me about the video. He still doesn't ring a bell with me.

I found a site that also includes an audio clip of the song: Ian Thomas Band. (It also contains other interesting things about him and the band.)
