Correction. I looked it up and found I was "misremembering." (What else is new?) Chip did this F&TS with Tony Slattery. And, yes, it was from 1992.

As for Chip in DL, he's made a lot of good contributions in games like "World's Worst" and "Props." There was one WW about 'the worst reasons to call a news conference.' I liked Chip's "I've called this news conference to announce this news conference,' and also, "I've called this news conference to show you my new podium."
