Subject: Tidbits from Tahoe . . .

Misc thoughts and memories on Colin and the shows this weekend . . . Just a few, more to follow.

***With no Greg there to do the intros, Colin took the job of introducing the show ("Hello Caesar's Tahoe . . .Are you ready for some IMPROV????") and the cast, including himself. Can't remember many of them, but Julie Larson was introduced as "head writer for the DCS, an incredible improv talent, and an ass you could bounce a quarter off of . . . Julie Larson!" (Julie LOVED the intro, btw . . .we could see her failling over laughing in the wings as Colin did the intros.)

***Colin introduced himself . . . "What can i saw about this guy? An improv genius . . .Canada's national pride . . . and a great pair of legs. . . Colin Mochrie!" and when he walked onstage he pretended he had NO idea who was doing the intros . . . Sheepishly grinned, waved and joined the others. . .

***Colin's voice seemed tired the first night .. . he was VERY hoarse . . . but much better by the second night.

***One scary moment -- Colin's mover during a round of Moving People, in an attempt to get a laugh, nearly knocked Colin off the edge of the stage . . and Colin had to catch himself to keep from toppling onto an audience member . . . all was okay , but for half a moment, the audience (and cast) couldn't believe what had ALMOST happened.

***As we all saw last week on WL, Colin can really dance. And he danced again in Tahoe - during a game of Styles with Kathy Kinney. Uhh . .yeah. The man can dance. *G*

***Colin does a great geisha . . .

***Ya know how Colin kind of "gets" Ryan on WL, causing him to loose it mid-scene? Hee hee . . .he did that to Brad during a round of SFX. *G*

***Banter from GH . . . Colin and Kathy selling:
Colin -- You know . . . British Invasion. Songs from Britian.
Kathy - You are from Canada, right?
Colin - Yes. Canada. We used to be owned by Britian . . .but the lease was up and we now own ourselves.

***A woman, MaryAnne, who got called onstage for Song Styles was very nervous and embarrassed by her profession - a bookkeeper. Colin: "don't be embarrassed, that's an important job." MaryAnne: "you are so sweet." Awwwww.

***Sentence from game or Sentences: "I had to leave Canada cuz the Mounties liked me the wrong way." After the game, Kathy K retrieved the Sentence and put it into Colin's shirt pocket. He laughed and patted it himself and as far we can tell, he kept it there for the rest of the show.

***Colin was particularly sneaky during Mousetrap . . . poor Chip - he got a trap on the ass, courtesy of Mr. Mochrie. Later, Chip (after getting snapped on repeatedly by Brad) ended up grabbing Colin. Colin shouted, "it wasnt me! . . . it wasnt me!"

Okay . . .many more . . . and I promise to put together a full report this weekend.
