Subject: On The Spot 3/27 (SPOILERS)

I saved my tape of the pilot and watched it just before last night's show so I was able to watch both for the first time back to back.

I liked both shows. IMHO they gained a noticeable momentum in the second one. Character development is always difficult in the beginning. I liked Caramel fainting a lot. I loved when Lisa Loeb was immediately dismissed and that they didn't bring her on again. (Not that I don't like her as an artist, but how funny!). I loved the Japanese guy becoming the housemaid - I didn't see that coming. Jeff was great and Chip is always wonderful...

Bikini girls - I understand that the WB throws them in to attract a certain demographic. They don't do anything for me personally, but I'm OK with them because the more people they can hook, the better. They're just good looking women so what do I care. Go for it baby.

Minor complaint - having seen Jeff perform live I kept itching for him to really let it rip in the musical numbers (and maybe have Chip join him), but of course he isn't able to do that on TV. What a pity.

- Jen
