If you reside in the Tri-State Area we have a pre-lim just for you.. this qualifies you to attend the National Miss Empire Royalty Pageant in October. Pageant will be held on Saturday June 20th 2009.. in New York City.
This pageant is open to girls and of all ages ( boys up to 16 years of age):
Baby Miss: 0-23 months, Wee 2-3 years, Tiny Miss- 4-6 years of age, Mini Miss 7-9 years of age, Junior Miss 10-13 years of age, Young Miss 14-16 years of age, Teen Miss 17-19 years of age and 20-30 years of age. ...Grace period will be age of day of the pageant you may compete the age you are on the day of the pageant finale or you may move up one division.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION / RULES AND REGULATIONS
1.No video camera allowed during the pageant finale unless specified
2. We provide the music for modeling however, you can pick songs from our playlist

4. All optionals are full price NO discount
5. All BONDS will be cash equivalent
6. NO refunds unless pageant is cancelled
7. We will not TOLERATE bad sportsmanship during the pageant (in our out the venue) you will be disqualified without refund.
8. All winners must stay after crowning for photos

AWARDS:
GRAND SUPREME TITLES (1) 0-12 ......(1) 13 and up..... We will have (2) Grand supremes....winners will receive FULL entry into the Miss Empire Royalty National Pageant a $455 value, crown, sash, gifts. The grand supreme are the contestants with the overall highest combined scores from beauty, Casual wear (modeling) and photogenic events. (required to pay registration fee of $125)
MINI SUPREME TITLES (1) 0-12 .......(1)13 and up... We will have 2 Mini-Supremes...Winners will receive winners will receive FULL entry into the Miss Empire Royalty National Pageant a $350 value, crown, sash, gifts. The Mini Supreme are the contestants with the overall highest combined scores from beauty, Casual wear (modeling) and photogenic events. (required to pay registration fee of $125)
DIVISIONAL TITLES.... crown, sash, and gifts . This title goes to the contestants with the highest beauty score. Will receive $150 discount toward Miss Empire Royalty Pageant.
Overall CASUAL WEAR .....1 winner will receive a $150 discount towards Miss Empire Royalty Pageant, crown, sash and Gifts.
Divisional Casual wear.... winners in each division will receive a crown, sash and gift.
EXPLANATION OF COMPETITION.
All Contestant Must Compete In Each Of Following Events:

BEAUTY COMPETITION:
Contestants will do a simple walk on the designated X. ALL CONTESTANTS UP TO AGE 13. CAN WEAR A LONG OR SHORT DRESS. AGES 14 AND OVER SHOULD WEAR A FLOOR LENGTH EVENING ATTIRE. OVERALL JUDGING IS BASED ON FACIAL BEAUTY, PERSONALITY, FIRST IMPRESSION AND OVERALL STAGE PRESENCE. 1 MINUTE TIME LIMIT.

CASUAL WEAR COMPETITION:
THIS IS A FREE STYLE MODELING COMPETITION. BE CREATIVE.. ANYTHING GOES.. JUDGING WILL BE BASED ON STAGE PRESENCE, PERSONALITY AND OVERALL FIRST IMPRESSION. 1 MINUTE TIME LIMIT.

PHOTOGENIC COMPETITION:
BRING PHOTOS LABELED TO REGISTRATION.. PHOTOS SHOULD BE A PROFESSIONAL HEAD SHOT. JUDGING IS BASED ON QUALITY AND CLARITY, PROJECTION, OVERALL FIRST IMPRESSION. PHOTOS SIZE SHOULD BE 8/10 OR 8 � BY 11.. BLACK OR COLOR PHOTOS ACCEPTED.

SUPREME TITLES:
TO QUALIFY FOR THE GRAND OR MINI-SUPREME TITLES WE USE THE BEAUTY SCORE + CASUAL AND PHOTOGENIC.

OVERALL CASUAL WEAR IS JUDGED BY THE HIGHEST CASUAL WEAR IN THE ENTIRE PAGEANT.

OVERALL MOST BEAUTIFUL IS JUDGED BY THE HIGHEST BEAUTY SCORE IN THE ENTIRE PAGEANT.

OVERALL PHOTOGENIC IS JUDGED BY THE HIGHEST PHOTOGENIC SCORE IN THE ENTIRE PAGEANT.
