0-23 months, 2-3 years, 4-5 years, 6-7 years, 8-9 years, 10-12 years, 13-15 years, 16-18 years, 19-27 Single, MS. ( Widowed /Divorced ), MRS. (Married Only)
BOYS DIVISIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED IF ENOUGH INTEREST AND FEES PAID BY DEADLINE!

Overall TOP 10: Ten lucky contestants will be chosen based on their total scores for every event combined and then averaged. The 10 with the highest averaged points will be our new 2005 Overall Top 10!!

Competition Information:
Beauty/Formalwear: All contestants are to wear a long t-length or floor length gown. This year we are allowing our contestants to wear pastels!! We are still allowing the beautiful white gowns but are just broading the colors!!! All dresses are allowed to have pearls, sequins, and appliques BUT are in no way allowed to have any rhinestones on the clothing. All contestants are to go to each "X" on the stage. All modeling should be done at the front center "X" We will allow modeling at other "X" but it will not add any points to your scores. We do not judge on the childs modeling ability for ages 0-3 years. Music will be provided by 5 Star Beauties Pageant System. Each contestant will be allowed 90 seconds on stage. Each contestant will be timed! This is to make sure that each contestant has the same equal amount of time on stage and that the pageant is ran in a very timely manner.

Casual Wear: All contestants are to wear a high trendy outfit that would be worn in a fsahion show or on the first day of school or even to the mall on a special shopping trip! NO pageant custom casualwears! No rhinestones. This attire must be store bought. If there is any question you will be asked to show proof that the attire is bought. Each child will go to each "X". The main modeling must be done on the front "X". Modeling can be done at other "X" but will not add to your score. The time limit on stage is 60 seconds.

Photogenic: Please submit an 8*10 or 8.5*11 head shot. This photo may be professional or a snapshot as long as it is a headshot and is in the required size. Black and white or colored are accepted. NO enhancements or retouches at all!! Not event o smooth out the skin! We are a natural pageant system and we want to see natural pictures. Photo will be allowed to be picked up at the end of the competition before crowning!!

Interview: Each contestant will be required to wear the official 5 Star Beauties National T-Shirt with white shorts, skirt, skorts, pants or capri's. This will be a 3-5 minute interview privatly with the judges. NO parents will be submitted in the room. We will have the judges and other staff in the room to ensure saftey of each contestant. The interview sessions will also be videotaped along with the entire pageant.

Personaliy: This is for ages 0-3 that are not eligble for the Talent competition. All the personality scores will be added together from each event. The person with the highest combined personality score will be our National Personality Queen. We will award 1 in 0-12 months, 1 in 13-23 months and lastly 1 in 2-3 years. This is an Optional Event for an additional fee.

Talent: This is for ages 4+ only. All Talent will be allowed with the exception of any dangerous materials. The talent time limit is 3 min. This time limit is an approx. please try not to go over.. but points will not be deducted unless you are way over your time limit! We will have last years National Talent Winner preform a talent right before the awards ceremony for Talent!

MISC. INFO:
All National Winners will be asked to stay for pictures after the pageant is over. We do understand that Babies will be tired and hungry so we will try very hard to get them finished first!

After recieving your entry fees we will have you a detailed schedule of events at registration, along with a copy of the sample score sheets the judges will be using to score your contestant and her participation certificate and T-Shirt.

We do offer a sibling discount and a refferal discount. PLease ask about these if interested!

Release:
I hereby release 5 Star Beauties National Pageant System, Directors and all staff of the above said pageant system, host location and all it's liability due to any injury, theft, damage or loss of any items to durning or from the pageant. By signing this form below, I have read, understand and agree to all the rules listed in this paperwork. I also understand that all the judges decisions are final. I understand that no refunds will be given at any time. Any type of refund that 5 star beauties choses to give will be in the form of fees off of next years national or a prelim or State FInals. I also agree that 5 Star Beauties has the right to combine age division or change age divisions and also reserves the right to revise the prize packages according to the pageant budget for that year. All Savings Bonds will be award Cash Equlivent on pageant day. The age division will be determined the day of the pageant. I agree to all terms in this paperwork. I agree to sign the winners obligation form should I be chosen as a National Winner adn agree to such terms in the obligation form.
