Jacob Campbell, Adm'r
By virtue of a decree of the Shelby Circuit Court, rendered at the March Term, 1852, in the above case, the undersigned, as Commissioner, of said Court, will, on Monday, the 10th day of May, 1852, (it being County Court day) sell at the Court House door, in Shelbyville, Ky., the undivided interest of Mahlon T. Weakley, it being the one-eighth part of the tract of land conveyed by Margaret Weakley and others to William F. Campbell, said land situated on Gist's creek, Shelby county, Ky., about three miles east of Shelbyville, on the Benson road from that place to Frankfort, and contains about 136 acres. A credit of three months will be given; purchaser giving bond, with good security.
