On Petition
On Monday, June 11, 1852, it being County Court day, before the Court House door in the town of Shelbyville, between the hours of 11 o'clock a.m., and 3 p.m., as Master in Chancery of the Shelby Circuit Court, I will, in virtue of a decree of said Court, rendered at the March Term 1852, offer at public sale, to the highest bidder, a tract of land, containing 144 acres, situate on Big Beech Creek, in Shelby County - it being the same which was puchased of S. O. Jesse.
