Shelby Farm for Sale
The undersigned offers his farm for sale, situated in Shelby County, on Plum Creek, 10 miles west from Shelbyville, on the Brunerstown road, containing 400 acres, well improved and of first rate soil. The improvements are a good frame dwelling, with six rooms, negro houses, barn, stables, and all other necessary outbuildings. Two good orchards. Abundance of water, sufficient for any quantity of stock in the driest seasons.
Terms-$30 per acre, cash in hand; or $5,000 in hand, and the balance in five equal annual payments with interest from day of purchase.
