Subject: O. G. Gates sells farm in 1852

Cheap Bargain and Safe Investment
I will sell my stock farm, situated 6 miles from Frankfort, on the L & F Railroad containing about 400 acres, 125 cleared, the balance covered with timber. Several never-failing springs, a beautiful cottage, a Young Orchard of choice bearing fruit trees, and all needful outbuildings.
Also - A house and lot on Main Street, in the City of Frankfort, now occupied by J. T. Luckett as a shoe store, the annual rent of which is equal to $500.
For terms, during by absence, apply to J. Byron Cates, Frankfort, Ky.
