On Monday, June 14th, 1852, it being County Court day, before the Court House door in the town of Shelbyville, between the hours of 11 o'clock, a.m., and 3 p.m., as Master in Chancery of the Shelby Circuit Court, I will, in virtue of a decree of said Court, rendered in the above case, at the March Term 1852, offer at public sale, to the highest bidder, the will improved lots and parcels of ground, situate in the town of Shelbyville, and bounded by Clay, Third and Fourth Streets and Clear Creak, it being the lots, etc conveyed by J. H. Wilson and wife to defendant, and containing about 8 acres, on which is erected a comfortable dwelling, kitche, stables, etc, or so much thereof as will make the sum of $,685 43 cents, with interest from the 10th of December, 1850, until paid, and the costs of this suit, etc.
