Subject: John Shannon, dec'd - tract of land for sale - 1851

Shelby Land for Sale
A tract of 815 acres of land, situated on the Shelbyville and Frankfort Turnpike, nine miles east from Shelbyville, is offered for sale at $15 per acre; one third to be paid on the 1st of March, 1852, when possession will be given, the balance in two equal payments of one and two years thereafter, without interest. 400 acres of it is good tillable land; the remainder well timbered. For furter particulars apply to the undersigned, Executors of John Shannon, deceased. December 17, 1851. R. S. Saunders & Shannon Reid
