Subject: Miss Lillie Mason md. 1920 to Major Avent

Mr. and Mrs. Burnett Wallace and daughter, Mary Mason Wallace, were in Louisville yesterday to attend the marriage of Mrs. Wallace's sister, Miss Lillie Hemstead Mason to Major Hugh P. Avent, U.S.A., of Waco, Texas, which was celebrated last evening at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard W. Mason, on Second Street. Little Miss Mary Mason Wallace was the flower girl.
