 i agree. also, he cant come back anyway because i heard from a reliable source that jkr decided in the begining that magic can not bring back the dead. also, i thing voldemort will try to attack harry at the dursleys house but will fail because of the spell. because, i think she was hinting about somthing like that when she talked about harry being safe at the dursleys and how she suddenly brought that up in the end of hp5. then he probably goes to the order-hq afterward.
