Focusing on one of the many, she paid especially close attention to the curved strokes of ink that made up the symbol. She pointed her finger at it and tapped lightly against it.* "Yes, this is it. The Japanese symbol meaning 'blood is gold'." *It would serve as a permanent visual reminder of feelings through her undead state that no one but her lost love could fully understand. It was as if she had the opportunity to secur yet another secret from the rest of the world, but one that yielded the truth that existed between Alairic and her, a truth that would bind them forever more in eternity.*

*nods at the artist statement. Taking the book from the female he glances at the symbol and nods* Sure. *looks back up at the woman. Alright, she was undead - he had been around the kind long enough to get the vibe. He jerks his head towards the door, indicating where she should go* Go inside there and expose the area you want to be tattooed and I'll be right in.

*glances at the small refrigerator he kept stocked with blood for his more vampiric and blood-sucking clients. There was also his kill from a few nights ago still in there. Not much remained of the rabbit, but it was good to keep stocked just in case. Grabbing some supplies from the supply closet, he makes his way into the tattooing room which contained the unusual female. Amber eyes scanning the area which she showed, he grabs some astringent and swabs down her leg* On your calf, correct?
