*he nods and smiles* Of course I would be more than happy to do so. *hands her a form* Fill this out please. *the form had things such as name, age, phone #, adress, places you want pierced, any allergies, and a place to sign on the bottom after a bunch of small print about medical release.* Just a formality. I'll be setting up in the back roomas you fill this out...*hands a pen and heads towards the back*
