 本人來自澳門，是一個初中三的學生(15歲)。在去年，我因常看不到黑板的字，後經不起老師的責罵，便讓母親給我配了眼鏡(當時驗出雙眼近視度數均為125度，沒有散光)。
載了眼鏡近一年，深感戴眼鏡的不便。及後偶爾瀏覽了 貴網站，得知有「霧視治療法」，欲一試。但亦有同學在配戴矯視眼鏡(夜間戴的那種)，她亦推薦我一試。
請問：在我現階段來說，那種治療法對我比較有效？
哪一種治療法較便宜？
(因為聽聞矯視眼鏡只能治標，不能治本。而每次更換鏡片的費用也頗貴，本人不欲父母負擔如此昂貴的費用。)
