 读了ChinaMyopia.org的内容觉得非常赞同。负度数的眼镜让眼睛更近视。另一个网站目致远 保护视力预防近视网也表达了相似的观点。如何正确地配戴和使用近视眼镜真的是一个很重要的问题，也是保护视力和预防近视的最重要的方面之一。不过感觉ChinaMyopia.org好久没有更新了，如果有最新的动态就更好。
