Hi I really wanna say thank you for making this information about wearing positive lens to prevent nearsightedness available on the internet. I myself got pretty bad eyesight (L: -5.00 and R: -6.50 (roughly)). My work requires sitting in front of the computer all day long, so this really creates a lot of eye strain.. Since around 2 months ago I started wearing glasses that are around 100 or 200 degree less than my full prescription during work hours, my eyes get tired much less often and I feel like my eyesight probably got better.. but I haven't gone to an optometrist to check my eyesight yet. Thank you!
