It is written my people will suffer for a lack of knowledge. There is a reason that Jews denies Christ. God has hard there hearts for a reason. It is written that the Kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son, and sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come. again he sent forth other servants, saying tell them which are bidden, behold, I have prepared my dinner all things are ready unto the marriage. They made light of it, and went there way, and the remnant took his servants, and beat them curse them and then killed them. When the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. Then he said to his servants, the wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. Go ye therefore into the highways, ands as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. Now look at it like this the Jews was first called because they are God chosen people but they rejected him and condemn his servants to death. So He sent his servants to called the Gentiles and showed them how to walk and they accepted him. If Jews heart wasn't never harden, the gentile wouldn't not have been invited. The big difference between Jewish and Christians is that Christians believe that God sent Jesus Christ to do what we are not able to do, and that is live a perfect life. God hate sin and know that we are unable to follow the law by ourselves and be sin free, we would suffer like other in the books of Moses. But he love us enough that He sent his son and He walk perfectly on earth and then shed his perfect blood to be the final sacrifice for the world. So when God look upon us he won't see our sins but the perfect blood of his Son. Now we can live a sin free life, not because of us it is because Christ that is in us. The New Covenant.
