 As I see it, and maybe as God sees it too, those who call themselves "Christians" are supposed to obey all of Jesus' teachings, and ignore all others, except any communications by God (The Holy Spirit) since the crucifixion of Jesus.
..... All those who want to follow the teachings of Paul should, perhaps, call themselves "Paulians" (or similar), but NOT Christians.
