A Big Hello to you too I have been using straight Acidophilus as a filler ever since my first week I am in Alberta Canada so I guess that won't help you at all but the calcium magneseum shouldn't hurt at all anyway. The reason I was interested in this was because everynight at the same time as I take my ldn.with Acidophilus filler I also take a scoop of calcium magnesium as a supplement to my vitamins that I take in the morning, I was told by my holistic practitioner that taking calcium at night will promote good sleep,so you can see where I am going with this. Weather it is in with my ldn or disolving at the same time as my pill in my stomach I still get the same results except I never get enough Acidophilus in my ldn pill so I still take one Acidophilus pill with every meal.Don't tell your Doctor you do this as they believe you get everything you need from your food!
