Stretching your calf muscles after going on LDN is VERY important. Do it 3 times per day. Have someone push the ball/toe part of your foot towards your knee caps. Also massaging your calf muscles daily is important. If you can stretch your calf muscles in a swimming pool or bathtub that'd be best.
