Subject: Why we sometimes get a temporary increase in MS symptoms after starting LDN. Why?

LDN boosts your endorphins. People with MS have low endorphin T-Cells. LDN boosts these endorphins & until your body's T-Cells regulate, you may experience some uncomfortable feelings of burning, numbness, stiffness, etc... Insomnia in the early days on LDN is common. Just ride out these symptoms. It's an indication that LDN is regulating your T-Cells. Each person is different so the increase in symptoms may last longer in some than others.

The numbness in my hands lasted 2 weeks.

Now starting my 4th month on LDN I switched my filler to Calcium Carbonate from Lactose. Much of my stiffness has gone away since making this switch. Try to stay away from lactose or cornstarch fillers. Ask for Calcium Carbonate, Avicel, or Gelatin.
