Subject: When I switched to Calcium Carbonate as my filler from lactose I found that CC released too slow...

If you start on LDN using Calcium Carbonate as the filler and don't feel as though you are getting the results you'd like, try switching to lactose if you are not lactose intollerant. In the first 3 months you may experience lots of stiffness in the calfs of your legs with lactose so just beware of that.

When I switched to Calcium Carbonate from lactose I noticed increased fatigue and pain so I guessed it was the CC not releasing fast enough so after a week on CC I switched fillers. I am back on my original lactose and doing just as good as I was when I first started 6 months ago. I'm still using 4.5mg.
