i use Fampridine-SR (4-ap)for about a year. i order it from compounding pharmacy. It helps to get my legs stronger. I'm taking 5mg 3 times a day.

This amount is enough for me to feel my legs stronger. I always can feel if i need to take a pill - just to feel my legs back again.
