Hi Alba, from what I understand, you dont want to keep it in water too long. Many use 1 tab at a time, but I've heard of those that cut the tab in half first, and halve the mixture. I use it dry, using a homemade 'spoon'. The water method appears to be the easiest and most accurate way to do it though.
