LDN cannot correct damage done by previous lesions. It can only possibly prevent new ones from developing.

What are your wife's symptoms?

Does she suffer from extreme exhaustive/disabling fatigue?

Does she suffer horrific/please shoot me & put me out of my misery MS pain?

These are the two main symptoms that LDN usually helps within those 2/3 of people that might get symptom improvement.

(Sometimes) better balance is seen and better bladder control if one has lost bladder control. Or some may no longer have the urgency to urinate near as often. Tremor might get a little better in some. Some people's eyesight improves if they've had optic neuritis. Each person is different and each person's lesions are different.

LDN improved my eyesight but it has not done a thing for my 100% hearing loss in my right ear nor done anything for my 50% hearing loss in my left ear. It has helped my disabling fatigue to where life is tolerable and it has helped my shoot me & put me out of my misery pain to a tolerable stage.
