Thanks ALBA. This let me know that I'm glad I use the capsule form of LDN. Sounds like a lot of remembering to mix by a certain date and remembering how old the last batch is. It's a shame that people in many other countries can't get their LDN put in capsules if they are wanting it in the capsule form. Yet, some really like to mix their own even here in the US.
