as she finishes her phone conversation, he moves to pour some more coffee. reaching back beyond her, he gets the sugar and stirs and sips at the steaming liquid once more. "Italy?" one word, that which he assumed was the half way across the world. he hadn't been home for christmas for a few years, but he always did try and go once the rush died down.
