cadee watched him silently, then took hold of her food, beginning to pull tiny parts of it apart and putting them into her mouth. battered eyes moved over to salem again as she saw him change, and bewilder before her eyes. cadee stopped eating, and it hit her. cadee shifted in her chair, realizing his pain. slender, delicate fingers reached for salems forearm as she watched him in utter concern. "..salem." she said softly, her cold, yet angelic touch on salems arm, attemtping to calm him of his demon. cadee rarely touched other human beings willingly. icy blue eyes tried to find salem as she sat, caving into his realm, understanding.
